The convex plaque well carved and finely incised, with a rounded border framing a long-tailed pheasant with its head turned backwards amid lushly verdant leaves and a distinct blooming flower. The translucent stone of a pale celadon color with milky white and dark gray inclusions. Provenance: From an Irish private collection. Condition: Good condition with minor wear, minor nicks, small losses along the edges, and natural fissures, some of which have developed into small hairline cracks over time.
