A FLAMBE-GLAZED YIXING VASE, QING DYNASTY China, 18th-19th century. Of ovoid form, covered overall with a rich, dark blue flambe glaze. The unglazed base with an impressed seal mark, Ge Mingxiang zhi. Provenance: From a private collection in Southern France. Condition: Fine condition with minor wear and firing irregularities, manufacturing-inherent glaze losses around the foot, shallow surface scratches throughout.
