Boldly enameled to each side in bright shades of aubergine, green, yellow, white, and red with birds perched amidst blossoming prunus branches, all reserved on a black ground. The recessed base with an underglaze-blue mark in the form of a ribbon-tied artemisia leaf. Provenance: A notable private collector in Kensington, London, United Kingdom.
