此尊祖师像跣足结全跏趺坐于仰覆莲座之上，头戴宝冠，冠侧设宝缯，于耳后垂于肩上。眉梢上挑，眉心褶皱深刻，垂睑颔首，面容宁静而慈悲。身着僧衣，衣褶细致自然，双手于胸前结转法轮印，此法印为佛陀初次说法的手印，以寓祖师正在传教说法，身下莲座莲瓣丰沛，上缘饰连珠纹。整尊造像线条简洁流畅，气质饱满，金水明亮。
