帶木盒 苗重安，1938年生，山西運城人。1960年畢業於西安美術學院並留校任教。師從賀天健先生研習山水畫。1980年負責籌建陜西國畫院，曾任院長。原任陜西省文聯副主席，中國美術家協會理事。現為陜西國畫院名譽院長、一級美術師，陜西省文聯顧問，中國人民大學培訓學院特聘教授，中國國家畫院院務委員、國畫院研究員，中國美術家協會河山畫會副會長，中央文史館書畫院院部委員，國家有突出貢獻專家。
