The mythical beast cast standing four-square with the hollow globular body forming the censer, the detachable cover modelled as a head surmounted by horns, its mouth agape exposing fangs, bulging eyes, furry brows and a curly mane, the base inscribed with four character mark. Qing Dynasty period. 銅質局部點金，工藝精湛，品相佳美。形如甪端，昂首挺胸，口闊牙利，神態威嚴，身體健壯，四足有力，雙目炯炯有神，氣勢非凡，以甪端首為蓋，開合自然。若其中燃香，從甪端口中吐出，則煙香冉冉騰雲駕霧，似從天而降，以靜化動，實為能匠之巧作。
