Potted in pot shape, thick, rectangle body, straight spout flanked on the mid belly, emerge u shape handles giving a balance on the opposite sides flanked on the mid belly, square mouth rim with dome lid finial bud fitted perfectly unto gallery mouth without any gap, raised with ring foot base. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against douqing design color, depicted of musicians walking on the forest surrounded dense tree, flowers bloom and foliage. The colors are harmonious, elegant and exquisite, the composition is sophisticated, simply a feast for the eye.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years LongQing Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
