Potted in a traditional Gu beaker shape vase, having baluster square shaped body, large, tall and thick, bulging belly on the mid, trumpet-shaped on the tall neck, raised with high square flaring foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against wucai design color, depicted of imperial five claws dragon flying careening through cumulus clouds above thrashing Li-shui waves. The glaze has smooth texture and moisturizing, glossy quality. Which attracting unceasingly admiration. The colors are harmonious, elegant and exquisite, the composition is sophisticated, simply a feast for the eye.The Upper mouth-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within blue rectangle line. Made in The Years WanLi Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
