AN ARMORIAL FLUTED BOWL AND AN ARMORIAL DISH Qianlong, c.1795 The fluted stem bowl enamelled and gilt with the arms of Macdonald accollé with possibly Forbes, bearing the mottos 'Per mare per terras' and 'Nec tempore nec fato'; the dish brightly enamelled and gilt with the arms of Annesley, bearing the motto 'Virtutis amore'.
