A large mid- 19th century Ottoman Turkish 900 standard silver tray, Tughra of Sultan Abdulaziz (1861-1876) of oval form with an everted edge and scalloped rim. The edge with repousse decoration of C scrolls with acanthus leaves and flower heads, reserved with a textured ground. Marked twice to the otherwise plain field with sahh and tughra (post-1864), the reverse with two assay scrapes. Handles deficient.
