A set of six mid-20th century Iranian (Persian) silver tea glass holders, Tabriz circa 1940 Pahlavi dynasty, each of cylindrical form with pierced decoration of trailing foliage and a central engraved ghalam zani medallion with geometric pattern, each with chased monabbat-kari beast headed handles. Four fitted with plain glass liners with wheel engraved stylised bunches of grapes and two with matched plain glass liners. Each marked underneath with standard mark (۸۴) only. Together with three coffee spoons, Isfahan, with engraved decoration of long tailed birds and a textured ground. (9) Height with liner – 8.3 cm / 3.25 inches Silver weight – 417 grams / 13.41 ozt
