An early 20th century Iraqi silver and niello three-piece cruet, circa 1920 possibly signed Yahoor Comprising a mustard pot, a salt, and a pepper pot. The pepper pot modelled after a minaret, this and the mustard and salt of square section with incurved corners all raised on four ball feet. The mustard pot nielloed with a boatman in gufa, two camels with a walker and a dhow sailing boat to the sides, the lid with three palm trees edged with a geometric band. The salt with the same scenes additionally with the Tomb of Ezra, and the pepper additionally with Tomb of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Gilani, Baghdad. The lid of pepper with a bayonet section, nielloed with panels of rustication alternating between floral sprays, terminating in a pinnacle finial.
