此盒上下子母口扣合，盒身光素，盒面刻有缠枝花卉纹，花卉与枝叶舒卷婀娜，布局有致，繁而不乱。本品内部不上釉，露出细腻的胎骨，胎骨上泛出轻微的火石红，显现出自然年久的岁月痕迹。外壁施青釉，釉层薄而匀，划刻花卉处积釉，形成生动之画面，予人酣畅淋漓的视觉感受。本品胎体轻薄，造型秀美，釉层透明莹润，剔刻精彩，堪称耀州窑盖盒精品。
