炉作圆鼎式，主体为碗形，阔口，外折方凸唇，唇外沿錾回纹，平唇唇面两侧斜铸双冲天立耳，炉壁自上而下圆弧形收至底，炉壁中央及四面铸饰纵向折棱出戟，炉壁正反两面錾刻以纹饰，纹饰以出戟为轴各塑造一夔龙头纹。此炉以点金作为装饰，更突显龙纹的庄重与器物的华丽。
