題詞內容： 臨江牧人掘地得古鐘十一，大吏傳，致闕下。考其制，為周鎛鐘，應十二律而缺其一。爰命內府按次襃成此鐘，用備全律。乾隆二十有六年，歲在辛巳冬十一月御識。Qianlong hatte zu jener Zeit gerade Xinjiang unter seine Kontrolle gebracht und interpretierte den Fund als gutes Omen.
