管平（1897—1967），字吉庵、仲康，號平湖，自稱門外漢，祖籍江蘇蘇州，生於北京一個藝術世家，中國著名古琴演奏家、畫家。清代名畫家管念慈之子。從小隨父學習繪畫、彈琴，幼年喪父後，廣泛求藝，拜楊宗稷為師；師從名畫家金紹城，學花卉、人物，擅長工筆，筆法秀麗新穎，不為成法所拘。為“湖社”畫會主要成員之一，後任教於北平京華美術專科學校。
