Shown in standing foursquare, the elephant with white jade forward stretching tusks, the head embellished with various gem beads including turquoise, coral, and ruby; the body fitted with cloisonne enamel saddle with dragon ascending from sacred mountains and sea, the back surmounted with a double lotus throne supporting a floriform formed vase flanked by two elephant handles, containing two white jade ‘Ji' and a circular white jade disc carved with bats, mountains and seas.
