Chinese Green Jade Carved Tripod Censer, the body carved in shallow relief with taotie mask, flanked by pair of dragon handles suspended with loose rings, the dome cover carved as recumbent dragon as finial. Dimensions 9 1/8 in (23.0 cm) x 5 5/8 in (14.0 cm) x 7 1/2 in (19.0 cm) Provenance Provenance: From the collection of Mr. Steveson, Palo Altos, acquired between 1980s - 2000s. Mr. Steveson is a retired computer engineer as well as a scholar in Chinese artifacts.
