此杯敞口，深腹，弧壁，圈足，其形规整。杯心绘莲花十字宝杵图案，外壁以金彩弦纹分隔为三层装饰带，上下皆绘寿字八吉祥纹，中间一层于寿山福海之间绘莲托七珍，构图繁密有致，彩釉饱满艳丽，白釉匀净透亮。“七珍八宝”是源自藏传佛教的吉祥图案，清代宫廷笃信藏传佛教，常以此图样为装饰。清代宫廷除了依例烧制一般日用、陈设瓷外，还经常定烧专门设计的式样，以配合婚庆、节日、祝寿、赏赐等用途。
