款识：大清乾隆年制 ［说明］：古代器物器型可谓一方顶十圆，此件方扁瓶烧造复杂，成品率低，内施白釉，外壁以青花、釉里红绘云龙出海。底款青花书写大清乾隆年制，款识规整。图案画法借鉴了清代顺治时期经常使用的“龙身在云中三现”的表现形式，龙身只露出三段，其它部分被浮云遮掩，故称“一身三现”，确有“云从龙”之感。
