A Chinese globular bronze jar, sides with Foo dogs. Marked Qianlong, but 19th century. Weight 616 g. H. 6.5 cm. Provenance: Descendants of Poul Laursen (1910–1983). He worked for the Great Nordic Telegraph Company and was stationed in Shanghai from 1947–1951 with his wife Trine Laursen.
