signed KONGXIAOYU，inscribed，and with three seals of the artist dated Renwu year（1942） ink and color on paper, hanging scroll Kong Xiaoyu (1899-1984), Chinese painter and art educator.He was active in Shanghai,and he was friendly with Wu Hufan and Wang Zhen.In 1955,he served as a professor of the Anhui arts school and the director of the Anhui Academy of painting.He is good at painting floral and the bronze ware. Each object is carefully drawn with ink and color, and it is finished with a lively and elegant style.
