A painted panel of a monk playing a sarrusophone In a domestic setting, re-using an earlier carved panel, probably Italian, 36cm high, 53cm wide.  It has been suggested that this panel is from a Sicilian Carretto, a traditional horse or donkey drawn cart usually brightly decorated with elements of carved panels, figures, shells, stones, tassels and mirrors.
