An early 20th century gold brooch mount, by Tiffany, in two sections, the main section modelled as a striding tiger with engraved two colour stripe detail, surmounted on a stylised wire and bead work drape, stamped Tiffany & Co to the reverse, the smaller corresponding section of matching wire and beadwork design gross weight approximately 23 grams, c.1880Abrasions and scratches commensurate with age and use, slightly misshapen, brooch pin secure, possibly originally brooch mount for a tigers claw.
