撇口，束颈，丰肩，肩饰双铺首衔环耳，腹下渐收，圈足外撇，造型庄重。通体青花装饰，纹饰自上而下，共六层纹饰。青花浓艳，绘画流畅，层次清晰。 青花仿明代永宣青花点染画法，全器绘画流畅细腻，釉面匀莹润泽。画面纷繁复杂，绘画却细致入微，颇见功力，缠枝莲轻盈如真，动感强烈。为雍正时期官窑之佳器。铺首尊取自西周青铜尊形制，器形古雅端庄，为清代宫廷装饰性瓷器。
