钤印：夜起庵款识：瀑布浮云表；香台少海阴。高陶堂集孔宙碑阴，孝胥。 郑孝胥（1860-1938），福建闽候人。书法工楷、隶，尤善楷书。为诗坛“同光体”倡导者之一。光绪八年举人。1923年奉溥仪之命入北京，次年受任总理内务府大臣。1925年后，负责溥仪的总务处及对外事宜。1931年九一八事变后，负责起草满洲国国歌与建国宣言。1932年伪满洲国建立，任国务总理兼陆军大臣和文教部总长。1934年溥仪称帝后，任国务总理大臣。
