白伯骅，1944年出生於北京一个书香世家。曾祖白恩佑，擅长书画，为清代咸丰年间翰林。1965年夏，毕业於中央美术学院附属中等美术专业学校。1972年师从著名人物画大师蒋兆和先生，潜心研究中国人物画直至1986年蒋先生仙逝，深得先生真传。作品“尽精刻微”写实传神。
