Ø53mm, ca. 140g, 18K gold, hunting case watch, dome signed and numbered Breguet No.4118, very fine and highly complicated precision lever movement, tandem winding, grande sonnerie, petite sonnerie and repeating the hours and quarters, signed enamel dial, also numbered 4118, blued steel hands, in very good condition, in working order, absolute rarity. The watch comes in a vintage velvet, silk and leather watch box. It is one of the most complicated pocket watches by Breguet, only a few examples are known.
