直筒式笔筒,平口、内凹式圈足。外壁以白釉为地,通景式装饰云龙赶珠纹，底沿施绿釉装饰一周海浪纹，器底落矾红彩“睿邸退思堂制”六字楷书款。整器绘工精细,龙身形矫健,驰骋洒脱,色彩运用鲜艳明快,对比强烈,为一件不可多的文房佳器。
