此像一面二臂三眼，怒目张嘴，露出獠牙。头戴骷髅冠，顶结金刚形高髻，上身袒露，左手高举作期克印并执金刚铃，右手握金刚杵，双脚右屈左伸，作左展立姿，身饰骷髅圈、臂钏、手环和璎珞。身后火焰形背光，下承单层莲瓣座，莲瓣饱满，排列整齐。本像胎体坚实厚重，鎏金饱满，庄严肃穆，造型完整，工艺精湛，金水细腻，包浆厚重，具有强烈的艺术感染力，为明代的造像佳品。
