19th centuryThe first a circular bowl with in-curving rim and thick walls taperingsharply inward to a flat base raised on three small knob feet, themottled red glaze covering the exterior wall, feet, and part of theinterior walls above a celadon tinged glaze, the flat base unglazedand burnt a pale brown (hairline crack); the second a bottle vasewith a waisted neck and compressed globular body with a mottledred glaze that thins to a pale olive along the lip, the foot pad andrecessed base left unglazed (both containers with production chipsto base).9 1/4in (23.5cm) diameter of bowl
