马海方（b.1956），1956年生于北京。1981年毕业于中央美术学院中国画系。历任人民美术出版社《中国书画》编辑、人民美术出版社画家、中国美术家协会会员。曾获“首届中国风俗大奖赛一等奖”、“国际中国书画艺术大奖赛金奖”、“庆祝建国40周年展铜奖”，作品多次入选全国美术作品展并获奖，代表作有《古都风情》、《休闲图》、《春韵》。
