金吴澜，字胪青，一字鹭卿，浙江嘉兴人。曾国藩幕僚、晚清能吏。幕游江北，得曾国藩赏识，以明经援例得知县，同官江苏。总督曾公奏调，赴直隶治积牍著优绩，后宰江阴、吴江，补昆山武进知县。廉价持躬，尤以子惠黎元，振兴文教为己任，民颂之如父母。 上款人：谢家福（1847-1897）字绥之，江苏吴县人。苏州电报传习所和苏州电报局创办人，曾任上海电报总局提调。
