A deftly executed depiction of a warty toad preparing to jump. The skin texture is very well achieved by alternating staining and polishing. Large asymmetrical himotoshi and signature SHIGETADA underneath.
LENGTH 4.5 cm
Condition: Very good condition with minor age-related wear.
Provenance: Ex-collection Teddy Hahn, Darmstadt.
