A SET OF TWO SMALL BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN BOXES
China, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). The smaller box decorated with a flower motif on the cover and leaves on the side. The larger box decorated with a flower on the cover and stylized auspicious objects on the side framed by blue lines. The underside of the boxes left unglazed to reveal the reddish buff ware.
Condition: Good condition with manufacturing flaws such as pitting, firing cracks and dark spots. The larger box with glaze chips.
