|玉剑饰始于春秋战国，常见有剑首、剑格、剑璏、剑珌四种配套使用，演变至两汉时期已十分昌盛，东汉以后逐渐衰落至消失。剑珌是安在剑鞘尾端的玉制品，流行于战国秦汉时期。战国剑珌直身、体圆、较厚，早期光素无纹。战国晚期，出现了琢有兽面纹和卷云纹的剑珌。这件玉剑珌呈梯形，局部受沁发白，两面雕饰勾云纹，为典型的汉代剑珌造型。底面有三个钻孔，用以接鞘，中间的较大；两侧较小，斜向穿透。
