【簡介】宋代鬥茶盛行，茶盞在吸取唐代茶盞優點的基礎上，進而出現了一種敞口，斜腹壁呈45度角，小圈足的容器，形似倒置的斗笠，因此這種茶盞被稱之為斗笠盞（碗）或斗笠盌。宋代“鬥茶時所用的茶盞，除了南方燒造的厚胎黑釉 “建盞”，北方各大名窯如鈞、汝、定等均有燒制，北方瓷窯燒造的薄胎茶盞在設計上極具極簡主義風格，把優雅簡單的造型發揮到了極致。
