锡器与紫砂结缘已久，明代使精致锡器得以扬名的赵良璧始作锡器时就是模仿时大彬的紫砂壶样式。锡罐在反复使用的过程中，盖与口的契合度可达到最佳状态，细节之处可见时间流逝之美。此件小锡罐虽已可见斑驳之岁月痕迹，然此正为古器的魅力之所在。见其造型十分敦实，盖上微隆，如古式冠帽。整器无款无印，简朴静谧，正所谓大道至简，大音希声。道可入匠心，佳器方载道。
