Fine and rare Edo period (1600 – 1868) Samurai arrow or yanone. Yajiri or arrow head is laminated iron manufactured by the same process as the Samurai swords and these yajiri were generally made by Katana kaji. The large yajiri is in good condition without damage or heavy pitting. Could be polished or left as is. Shaft is susutake seasoned smoked and oiled bamboo which has aged to a fine golden color.
