本壺通體施青白釉，釉色白中泛青，圈足底無釉。壺身造型獨特，設計巧妙，秀美端莊。在壺身一側從頸部到底部攀附著一條矯健的長龍作為壺柄，龍尾緊貼著壺腹，龍身上佈滿鱗紋，整個龍柄被塑造得既生動又傳神。正中兩面開光，用堆貼、刻花等裝飾技法，飾有連珠花卉紋，祥雲紋和卷草紋等圖樣，紋飾立體，工藝講究，層次多而不顯繁瑣。
