A late 17th Century Flemish carved walnut and cane high-backed open armchair, restorations, the cresting rail carved with cherubs supporting a basket of flowers and flanked by serpents, over a rectangular cane panelled back flanked by pierced cherubs amidst vine leaves over curving foliate carved and scrolling arms, cane seat and foliate carved seat rails, the legs united by a barley twist H-frame stretcher, 61cm wide, 68.5cm deep, 123.25cm high/Provenance: Abbey Hoe, Malmesbury/see illtration CONDITION REPORT: Condition information is not ually provided in the description of the lot, but is available upon request.
