赏析：竹根雕刘海戏金蟾，皮壳包浆老，雕工娴熟。刘海额头宽大，前庭饱满，地阔方圆，一手轻抚金蟾，一手指颌而笑，金蟾口衔金币，仰视刘海。相传刘海是我国古代道教人物，由于明代皇帝崇信佛道二教，所以明代以来的绘画、雕塑、摆件中经常出现刘海的形象。民间视刘海为福神、财神，并流传“刘海戏金蟾，步步钓金钱”之说。
