Carved unto a round shape box, with correspondence lid, raised from round sides over a wide cavetto Inner flange circumscribed around the containers lip allows for a perfect fitment on the each rim. The interior, exterior are both covered in peacock blue color. The body carved with snarling huge imperial five claws dragon careening through cumulus clouds above thrashing Li-shui waves in a carving beneath the attractive green color. Peking glass originated in 18th century China during the rule of the Qing Dynasty. Blue is the most important variety of China’s porcelain. Blue stands for healing, trust and long life. Shades of blue are used to decorate homes for longevity and harmony.The Under-base bears a reign mark, carved four embossed script characters reign mark.
