The porcelain potted with a shallow body, slight deep, thick, flaring rim with angled cavetto elevated the steep sides upward the close mouth rim, raised on ring foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in deep gold color which contrast against clean white color, depicted of three big carp on the surface. The Carp Similar sounding to the word Business in Chinese, the carp symbolizes a wish for benefit or advantage in business, and accepted to represent longevity, wealth, abundance, and perseverance. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a four under glazed red script characters reign mark, enclosed within blue ring lines. Made in The Years Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
