(308) Glazed Oriental VaseDimensions: Length: 36 Width: 20cm, Height: 50cmChinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong Celadon Porcelain Moon Flat Bottle Vase On Carved Hardwood Stand. The porcelain potted in moon vase, thick and tall, flat globular moon lower belly, emerging Ruyi flanked on the straight cylindrical neck, round mouth rim, raised on rectangle foot base with slight concave. Warm and uniform bean celadon glaze applied to the surface, only the outer bottom is white glazed. Celadon is a type of green-glazed Chinese and were among the finest of a range of celadon wares produced in China, and led stylistic and technical developments. The celadons were produced in a range of shades of color, centered on olive-green, but extending to greenish blues and browns. Green in Chinese culture, green stands for cleanliness and purity from contamination.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed celadon script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Qianlong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
