Potted with a cylindrical straight vessel, short neck, flaring round mouth lip raised on ring foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against blue fine color, depicted of flori from medallion with elders standing and flowers bloom, surrounded auspicious pattern. A characteristic heaped and piled effect, the under glaze greyish-blue concentrates in certain areas, bubbling through the surface of the glaze and turning a deep blue-black. This inadvertently gave texture, energy, and shading to the design.On the Neck base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Wanli Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
