|●李达，1946年12月出生于江苏常熟，号燕石，中国黄宾虹研究会会员，香港黄宾虹研究会会长。六十年代初开始习画，七十年代开始为苏州吴门画苑、武汉书画院等多处知名画院作画。|1992年春，李达应北京人民美术出版社约，为黄宾虹封存浙江博物馆遗作170副作文字考评，受到人美出版社董雨萍先生赞誉，并乐于订交，尔后在“人美”至浙博选用黄宾虹花鸟画遗作时亦邀请其陪同前往。
