瓶长颈，厚唇直口，圆腹，高圈足。通体以蓝色珐琅釉为地，饰五彩宝相花、缠枝花纹。颈处做立体盘龙，嘴大张，露出獠牙和龙舌，四肢舒展，身姿矫健。乾隆时期掐丝珐琅工艺极为盛行，所见器物造型大到家具小至各种把玩器，种类繁多，造型纹饰均极为丰富，工艺精益求精。此瓶造型规整，纹饰古雅，色泽富丽，备具清宫御作制器尊贵典雅之风韵。
