盏托通体施褐釉。上部盏如杯，圆腹，下部托呈盘状，圈足外撇，造型浑厚大气。本品为托茶盏之用。中国的茶文化兴于唐，盛于宋、元、明，盏托也因应成为时代产物。宋元时代的盏托无论瓷质、漆质均以光素无纹者为多，此器便是其中一例。
