圆口短颈，长方体，方体两侧饰象耳衔环，圈足。胎体厚重，造型挺拔。通体施祭蓝釉，釉色深沉，釉质凝厚。祭蓝釉是一种含钴石灰釉，又称“祭青”，烧制过程中釉质不流不裂，色调均匀。象耳方瓶是乾隆朝开始流行的一种瓶式，自烧造之时直至晚清，历代官窑都有生产，是清代官窑单色釉的标准器。因器形方正，瓶侧饰象耳，故又有“太平有象”之吉祥含义。
